With hubs in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and Germany, we're building the future of online marketplaces-together.As our next iOS engineer on Formats, you should have 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high growth startups, plus:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• iOS expertise in creating fluid, responsive user interfaces, working knowledge of Swift 6 language features, and experience with reactive and declarative paradigms.
• Product Instinct: Excel at translating user needs to effective technical solutions.
• Problem Solving: Thrive in ambiguity and tackle challenging problems with creativity and autonomy.
• Team Leadership: Proactively improve the team environment and foster inclusive, supportive team culture.
• Ownership Mindset: Own projects holistically from inception to production and beyond. You are known for shipping high-quality products and features lightning-fast.Salary and BenefitsFor US-based applicants: $185,000/year to $245,000/year + benefits + equityThe salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise.
