Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Business Process Consultant to
drive enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and execute complex process improvement programs using
LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies
Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and
objectives are met
Consult with senior leadership on performance and process-related
topics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or MHA preferred
7+ years of experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process
improvement, preferably in healthcare
Healthcare industry experience is required
LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt or greater certification preferred
Previous knowledge of process mapping, design, and project
management software
