Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tech eCommerce Support Analyst to
support e-Commerce environments and ensure site availability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and resolve incidents related to e-Commerce environments,
collaborating with support and engineering teams
Define and report key performance indicators for e-Commerce sites,
providing analysis for business decisions
Assist with training and onboarding of new support analysts and
streamline processes for efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field (preferred)
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Network Support and
Engineering or e-Commerce support roles
ITIL v3 certification preferred but not required
Experience with ITSM applications such as Remedy or JIRA
Familiarity with e-Commerce platforms and technologies, including
IBM DB2 and Oracle ATG
